We're excited to kick off the Copper Mountain Soccer CupBop Fundraiser! This is a simple way for you to earn money that goes directly into your own player account, to be used for club fees, tournaments, travel, and anything else related to your team. The CupBop Fundraising Card

CupBop Fundraising Card front and back: yellow front labeled Fundraising Card, and white back listing Free CupBop, BOGO, $5 off combo, Free K-Dawg, Free Mega Mando, and Upsize Mandoo offers.

The CupBop Fundraising Card is packed with great deals and is valid for one-time use at a participating CupBop location near you. It's an easy sell: buyers get real value at a restaurant they already love, and you earn credit toward your season.

The card is valid at Utah CupBop locations except: UVU, University of Utah, Washington (UT), Spanish Fork (UT). Please mention this to buyers so every card gets used.

7 steps to sell CupBop cards

This is a digital kickoff campaign. The training video and these steps are your kickoff.

  1. Watch the training video

    Before selling, watch this short video on how to sell successfully. It covers what to say, who to ask, and how to make the most of the fundraiser.

  2. Download your selling tools

    The Student Order Form is your personal tracker. Use it to record every buyer and mark who has paid, so nothing slips through the cracks.

  3. Sell from November 15 to December 1

    Great places to start: family, neighbors, friends, and your parents' coworkers. Collect payment at the time of the order and record it on the order form. Let buyers know cards arrive about 1–2 weeks after orders are submitted on December 1.

  4. Complete the Master Order Form

    When selling ends, open the Copper Mountain Soccer CupBop Master Order Form. You can fill it in on your computer or print it.

    On your phone? Tap to open, then use the Files app (iPhone) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (Android) to fill it in and save. Or fill it in on a computer.

    Please complete every field clearly:

    • Seller name (first and last)
    • Team / age group
    • Player email and parent name
    • Quantity ordered and amount due
    • Total cards, total due and total profit
    • Seller signature

    This is how you get credit, so accuracy matters.

  5. Turn in by Tuesday, December 1

    Turn in your final order to your coach / team manager by Tuesday, December 1. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm who collects orders]

  6. Payment and your credit

    After all orders are totaled, 100% of the money collected will be submitted to Copper Mountain Soccer [PLACEHOLDER: who receives payment], and your profit will be credited to your player account.

    Example: you sell 10 cards — 10 × $35.00 submitted to the club = $350.00; 10 × $10.00 credited to your account = $100.00

  7. Delivery of your CupBop cards

    Once all orders are submitted and processed, the CupBop team will pre-pack every order by player and deliver them to [PLACEHOLDER: onsite contact], who will then distribute them to your team.
